The ABB PP845 3BSE042235R1 is a 10.4-inch resistive touch HMI from ABB Panel800 series, compatible with 800xA and AC800M control systems. It features SVGA 800×600 TFT color display, 24VDC power supply, front IP66 protection rating. Equipped with Ethernet, RS232/485 and USB interfaces, it supports real-time process graphics display, parameter modification, alarm management and trend recording, configured by Panel Builder 800 software. Widely applied in power, chemical, pulp & paper and water treatment industries.

Content Details

ABB PP845 serves as human machine interface for ABB 800xA automation platform. It communicates with AC800M controller via Ethernet to collect field process data, display real-time screens and receive operator control commands. It supports alarm event logging and data trend storage for on-site fault diagnosis. Front IP66 rating protects against dust and splash water for cabinet cutout installation. Multiple communication ports connect to controllers, and USB port supports project backup and restore. Built-in hardware diagnostics monitor touch screen, communication links and internal circuit. With die-cast aluminum housing and wide operating temperature range, this touch panel maintains stable performance under industrial vibration and electromagnetic interference. PP845 is used for project deployment and spare replacement of ABB 800xA DCS.
