The ABB PP835A 3BSE042234R2 is a compact 6.5-inch resistive touch HMI in ABB Panel800 series, compatible with 800xA and AC800M control systems. It features 640×480 TFT color display, 24VDC power supply, front IP65 protection. Equipped with Ethernet, RS232, RS422/485 and USB interfaces, it supports real-time process visualization, parameter modification, alarm display and event logging, configured by Panel Builder 800 software. Widely used in power, water treatment, chemical and pulp & paper industries.

Content Details

ABB PP835A serves as human machine interface for ABB 800xA automation platform. It communicates with AC800M controller via Ethernet to acquire field data, display process graphics and receive operator control commands. It stores alarm logs and event records for on-site fault analysis. Front IP65 rating protects against dust and liquid splash for cabinet cutout mounting. Multiple communication ports enable connection with controllers and USB storage for project backup. Built-in hardware diagnostics monitor touch screen, communication and internal circuit status. Adopting aluminum front housing and wide operating temperature range, this touch panel works reliably under industrial vibration and electromagnetic interference. PP835A is used for new engineering deployment and spare replacement of ABB 800xA DCS. Before shipment, each unit undergoes full functional test and thermal aging inspection to eliminate hidden defects and guarantee reliable long-term continuous operation.
