Products Introduction
YASKAWA CACR-SR02AB2ER-Y1 is an original SERVOPACK servo drive of the CACR-SR series. It delivers high-precision speed and positioning control for AC servo motors, widely used for CNC and automation motion control tasks.
YASKAWA CACR-SR02AB2ER-Y1 belongs to the classic Yaskawa CACR-SR SERVOPACK series, an industrial AC servo drive built for high-precision single-axis motion control. This unit is designed to drive matched Yaskawa servo motors, providing closed-loop control of position, speed and torque for automated machinery. It adopts mature servo control algorithm, featuring fast response, low speed fluctuation and excellent positioning accuracy to meet strict motion requirements of precision equipment.
This servo drive supports 100VAC power input, 50/60Hz, with compact cabinet mounting structure and IP20 protection grade. It is equipped with pulse and analog signal interfaces, which can receive commands from CNC controllers, PLC or motion controllers. Built-in multiple safety protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, overheat and encoder fault alarm. Once abnormal working states are detected, the drive will immediately cut output and trigger fault code indication to protect the servo motor and mechanical structure from damage. The internal circuit uses industrial-grade components with vibration resistance and electromagnetic suppression design.
It can operate stably in factory environments with mechanical vibration and electromagnetic noise, reducing signal interference and motion jitter. Front panel LED indicators clearly display power status, servo enable and fault information, which simplifies on-site inspection and troubleshooting. Screw terminal blocks and dedicated motor/encoder connectors make wiring orderly and convenient for installation and replacement during maintenance. Every YASKAWA CACR-SR02AB2ER-Y1 undergoes full power-on test, load running test and signal calibration before shipment. This model has been discontinued by Yaskawa, yet it remains a critical spare part for old CNC machine tools, semiconductor handling equipment, packaging machines and precision automation production lines. It maintains perfect compatibility with the original matched servo motor and control system. Direct replacement helps users restore equipment operation rapidly, shorten downtime and lower maintenance cost for legacy automation systems.
