The ABB PM864AK01-eA 3BSE018161R2 is a high-performance CPU controller for ABB AC800M and 800xA DCS system. Powered by PowerPC processor with 512MB SDRAM and 256MB Flash memory. It supports 1:1 hot standby redundancy and hot swap function. Equipped with multiple Ethernet ports and serial interfaces, it connects S800 remote I/O, PROFIBUS and AF100 fieldbus. It executes real-time control logic, PID calculation and interlock protection. Built-in comprehensive hardware self-diagnosis for fault detection and alarm feedback.
