The ABB PM150V08 3BSE009598R1 is the core CPU processor module for ABB Advant Master / Advant OCS AC410 controller. It is equipped with 8MB ECC dynamic memory, executing process control logic, data calculation and bus communication tasks. It works together with SC510/SC520 submodule carriers and CI series communication boards, supporting ModuleBus300, DCN network and S100 I/O system. Built-in ECC memory error correction and comprehensive hardware self-diagnosis improve stability. Widely applied in power plant, chemical and pulp & paper DCS process control systems.

PM150V08 serves as central control unit of AC410 Advant controller. It runs control programs, collects field I/O signals and sends control outputs, exchanges data with communication submodules via backplane ModuleBus. ECC memory function detects and corrects memory bit errors to avoid system crash. Onboard diagnostics continuously monitor CPU, memory, power and backplane status, and report faults to DCS. Rack plug-in design for convenient installation and spare replacement.
