The ABB DSAB-01C is a thyristor trigger and rectifier accessory board for ABB ACS800 series variable frequency drives. It generates accurate firing pulses to control power thyristors and handles rectification functions for power conversion. It monitors power circuit status and feeds fault signals back to the main drive controller. It is widely used in heavy industry applications including metallurgy, mining, chemical and pulp & paper drive systems.

Content Details

DSAB-01C is installed inside the ACS800 inverter cabinet and works with the main control unit to manage the rectifier stack. It delivers synchronized trigger signals for thyristors to stabilize DC link voltage. Integrated protection circuits detect overcurrent and surge voltage to protect power semiconductors. LED indicators show working and fault status to speed up on-site maintenance. Industrial high-power PCB design can withstand vibration and electrical noise in heavy-duty drive cabinets. This board is a critical spare part for ACS800 drive repair and retrofit. Every unit passes full function test and thermal aging test before shipment.
