YASKAWA CACR-SR series SERVOPACK is a classic generation of AC servo drive. The model CACR-SR02AB2ER-Y1 is a compact servo unit designed for small power precision motion control applications. It adopts mature closed-loop control algorithm, supporting position control, speed control and torque control three control modes.

This servo drive is widely applied on old CNC machine tools, semiconductor material handling equipment, automated packaging machinery and small automated assembly stations. It accepts pulse command or analog voltage command from upper controller, and drives matched Yaskawa servo motor to realize high-precision positioning and stable speed regulation. It is suitable for repeated high-speed motion requirement of automation equipment.

CACR-SR02AB2ER-Y1 is equipped with comprehensive built-in protection functions, including overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, overload protection, overheat protection, encoder disconnection and fault alarm. When abnormal working condition appears, the drive will automatically stop output and display fault code, to protect servo motor and mechanical structure from damage. The interface terminals are clear, supporting convenient wiring and signal debugging.

This model has been discontinued by Yaskawa. A large number of old automation devices equipped with CACR-SR series servo are still running in factories.
